Title IX Compliance
The McGrath Response System thoroughly addresses Title VI (discrimination based on race, color, and national origin), Title VII (sexual harassment in employment) and Title IX (discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual harassment and sexual misconduct in education), in addition to intake and investigation of bullying concerns. It covers student-to-student, student-to-staff, staff-to-staff, and staff-to-student issues and is compliant with the new Title IX Final Rule. The McGrath Response System goes beyond compliance and provides the “how” of reporting including example cases, forms, and checklists. McGrath provides a consistent, easy-to-use system for staff members and designated leaders that is legally fit and educationally sound and when implemented correctly will shift the culture around sexual harassment and misconduct and encourage reporting.
McGrath Response System: Intake and Investigation/Title IX Course (10-hour)
The Intake and Investigation Course provides everything administrators need to confidently take a complaint through its entire lifecycle (inquiry, full investigation and hearing) and is compliant with the 2020 Title IX regulations. This course is designed for all designated leaders including Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, Decision-Makers, and Appeals Officers. It is being offered in-person or online via Canvas (asynchronous).
